Our canonical identity, model and lexicon, together with every industry benchmark we cite and its source and vintage, are published on the canonical facts page. Where any other surface disagrees with that page, that page is correct.

3. Regulatory status
Living Scale Up is not authorised, licensed or supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and does not provide regulated financial services. It is not a bank, securities firm, portfolio manager, trustee, manager of collective assets or fund management company, and it does not operate a collective investment scheme.
Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, and nothing on it is investment advice. The full position, including our conflicts of interest as an equity holder in the ventures we build, is on the Disclosures page.
4. Swiss indication of source
Living Scale Up describes its services as Swiss on the basis that the company has its registered seat in Switzerland and that its actual administration is carried out in Switzerland, as Article 49 of the Swiss Trade Mark Protection Act requires for services. Both conditions are cumulative, and we keep the claim under review as the company grows.
5. Liability for content and links
We prepare the content of this site with care and review it before publication. We nonetheless give no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for any particular purpose. Content is general information, is stated as at the date shown on each page, and may be changed or withdrawn without notice. We are under no obligation to update it.
To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, save in cases of unlawful intent or gross negligence. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This website, this notice and any dispute arising from the use of the site are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The ordinary courts at the registered seat of Living Scale Up in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction that cannot be waived — in particular the protective forum rules available to consumers.
7. Language
These notices are published in English, which is the language in which this website is currently offered. Our nav shows French and German as in preparation; no French or German pages are published yet.
If and when we publish this site in French or German, the legal notices will be published in those languages at the same time. Each language version is then intended to be equivalent in substance, and where a discrepancy between versions affects your rights, the version in the language in which you dealt with us applies. We do not rely on a translation gap to narrow anything we have told you.
